Delivery for your items?

Pretty straight forward..

For any order over $499, delivery is included, i.e., Free Delivery for all orders over $499

Otherwise a flat $11.95 delivery charge will be added to your order at checkout.

We are often asked "I only want a small item, are you able to reduce your post cost for me?" We would love to however we have found, whilst it may save the customer a few dollars, it increases the manual work involved on our part. We need to process the payment manually through our bank, record the sale and process / print an invoice, adjust inventory levels  and manually enter the address details on the envelope. Whilst the parcel will be tracked, we are unable to provide those tracking details to the customer. All points mentioned here are included in the online ordering and payment of the packing/handling/delivery cost, which by the way, we make no profit from this minimal amount. The dollar value of your purchase does not indicate a lower post cost is possible as restrictions apply to the packed size of an item and is required to be under 5mm thick when packed, e.g., even a $2.50 tension spring is not able to be posted at a tracked letter rate and as from May 1 2025, Petlins are unable to offer any delivery rate under the standard advertised rate.

We use Australia Post unless your item cannot be delivered by Australia Post, e.g., weighs over 22kg or when packed is longer than 105cm

We will use a courier for these items and these items only.

We will not use courier deliveries without your specific prior knowledge and approval.
