We are often asked ..."do you send to my country"?
As from August 26 2025 we are unable to post orders to the USA due to tariff issues.
ON ORDERS UP TO 500grams PACKED weight ONLY - the following applies
ALL Good!! We have arranged payment of USA tariffs prior to entry to the USA, so we are again happy to send to the USA. Realise we need to recover the tariff and clearance costs from you, our customer, during the sales/payment process, prior to any despatch. As a guide for US customers, our minimum parcel post cost is $A18.95, now PLUS tariff of 15% on goods incl postage, and clearance costs of 15% payable to ZONOS who arrange all payments for us.
Canadian customers: We need to collect the balance of the $18.95, the store collects only $11.95 which leaves $A7 due; the TOTAL, best paid to ropes1@petlins.com through Paypal
