Popular because they are portable, easy to use and so versatile, the Ashford table looms are in demand with both beginner and experienced weavers. Available in three weaving widths 40, 60, 80cm wide (16, 24, 32ins).
This is the 80cm, 8 shaft model
The eight shaft looms fold flat, even with your weaving in place, making them ideal for taking to workshops or guild meetings. The overhead beater for best weaving shed, with automatic bounce back, gives a wonderful shed and even beating. Levers are within easy reach for comfortable weaving. Each shaft can be lifted simply and quickly and is independent enabling a wide variety of patterns to be woven. The solid Silver Beech hard wood is lacquered for long-lasting good looks. Non-slip rubber feet give extra stability. Swedish stainless steel reed and lightweight Texsolv heddles are included. Plus there is a wide range of options and accessories available.

The Optional Stand... Strong frame made from solid Silver Beech hardwood, lacquered to match your loom. With 2 handy shelves. The loom fits onto the stand with no screws required. Stand folds flat for easy transport and storage.
Height from floor to base of table loom is 62.5cm (24½ins)
When using the optional treadles for an eight shaft loom use the treadles for the first four shafts and the levers for the last four shafts, as treadles are designed for direct tie-up only.
The loom (only) purchase DOES NOT include the stand and / or treadle kit. The stand and / or treadle kit purchase (only) DOES NOT include the loom
The stand is now available as just the stand, the treadle kit may now be purchased separately to go on your existing stand.
